If you’re looking to create some truly beautiful family photos or for any special occasion - engagement or pregnancy announcement, I’m holding 2 days of mini shoots at the Confetti Fields, in Pershore on Friday 28th & Saturday 29th June 2024.

Summer has arrived and is absolutely bursting with colour. It is such a beautiful time of year to update your family photos, as the weather is at it’s best and the field is blooming with beauty. The perfect backdrop for your family memories!

WHAT WILL THE PHOTO SHOOT BE LIKE?

Your photo session will last up to 30 minutes, which is a great window of time for getting some a few posed and natural photos. I’ll guide you on where to stand and we’ll do a mixture of photos with everyone looking at the camera and some lovely natural ones with you looking at each other and the kids playing. If we have time I’ll get photos of the children on their own too.

PUNCTUALITY

Due to the nature of mini shoots it is crucial to be on time and ready for your time slot. Any delays will cut into your shoot time as I can not allow it to have a knock on effect throughout the day.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES

After your photo session I will get to work on editing your photos. You will receive a link and password to a private online gallery with watermarked images. Here you can choose 10 images that are included with your shoot. I will then send you a link to download your chosen images with the watermark removed.

ADDITIONAL IMAGES

If you would like to buy any additional images they are £15 each.

How do we book

Places are on a first come first served basis requiring an up front £50 non refundable booking fee to secure your booking. The remaining £115 payment is due the day before the shoot. Please note the ticket admission is not included in the cost of the shoot. You will need to purchase your tickets separately from the Confetti Field official website on 18th June 2024.

WHAT TO WEAR

Hopefully it will be warm with it being July but we are in the UK and the weather is so unpredictable. Do consider the weather and wear something appropriate for this. The shoot will still go ahead if there is light rain. I want these images to be natural and a slice of life, but some clothes work better for photos than others. I always recommend neutral tones, some pops of colour, textures and most importantly something COMFORTABLE. Try to co-ordinate your outfits so they’re in a similar colour palette and style so they work well as a group. I love bright, airy, whites, greys, bright pops of colour and simplicity when it comes to family photography. The only things to really avoid are big logos, cartoon prints, and fluorescent

colours.

What happens if it rains

Bring your wellies, hats and umbrellas and lets have fun with it, the shoot will still go ahead if it is light rain and you won’t even see the rain in the photo’s. But if it is extremely heavy rain that will prevent the shoot from going ahead, the shoot will be cancelled and credit towards another shoot will be given or a refund.

HINTS & TIPS

Bribes!!! I would suggest having some bribes or treats on hand just in case your child doesn’t feel like playing ball. Dish these out during the shoot and not before hand, we don’t want any up set tummies or sugar hyped up kids before the shoot begins. Or feel free to bring some bubbles, kids love to blow bubbles and they look great in these type of photos!

Who is the shoot Suitable for

The shoot is suitable for anyone from families to couples and maternity mommas. Due to the short time nature of mini shoots it’s perfect for younger families as children’s attention spans are very short lived. However, I can only cater for up to one family house hold per shoot.

Can we bring our dog along

As much as I love dogs they are not allowed into the Confetti Fields unfortunately. You will be refused entry if you try to bring your dog with you. Their rules not mine.
